Who goes to counseling?

This office currently sees adolescents through senior adults

What is the goal of counseling?

Working together to navigate through life transitions, adverse situations, and process negative emotions toward identifying goals and potential solutions; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.

How long is a session?

Initial session is sixty to ninety minutes and subsequent sessions are forty-five to sixty minutes. 

How much does a session cost?

Payment will be discussed at your first session.
